Welcome to the Hometown Tax Donation process. If you live and work in Japan, you are eligible to apply for donations via the Japanese system known as Furusato Nozei or in English Hometown Tax System. In order to support other cities with declining populations in Japan, the Japanese government implemented this system to support those cities in need. In return, donators will receive gifts from those specific cities as a "thank you".
