Tom Howbridge's video: Grippy Work Holders - Bench Cookies

Build these super effective grippy work holders ! also know as bench cookies Two slots are cut about 18mm 3/4" deep in a length of wood then some non slip matting that can be bought locally very cheaply is cut and wrapped around the block then it is friction fit in place. It makes for an incredibly useful tool whilst it does move a little when using a finishing orbital sander on worktop surface it grips really well when using the random orbit sander, circular saw and the router it holds it firmly in place and lifts it up of the workbench so you can concentrate on the work. ---- Thanks for watching if you enjoyed this video please consider sharing this video and check out my channel and social media.
