Tom Tom Magazine, the only magazine in the world about female drummers, is a print magazine, a website, facebook, twitter, events, and a community. The intention of this video is an attempt to win the Scion Motivate contests offered to passionate businesses relating to music and the arts. Scion offers 10 companies a car, $10,000 and a business mentor for a year. At this point in Tom Tom Magazine's life, that would be a huge benefit. The footage from this video was shot at a Tom Tom Magazine Oral History of Female Drummers performance at MoMA PS1 in Queens, New York on Jan. 6, 2013. The performance included 6 drumset drummers, a drum machine programmer and a beatboxer playing throughout the museum.
