We've all started things, full of excitement and vigour, yet once that initial buzz wanes, it's all too easy to get discouraged by a perceived lack of "results"; often leading to us just packing something in and quitting. The reality is that it takes hard work, skill, consistency, and above all else.....patience before you can expect to see results from your efforts.
