My hair is EXTREMELY DAMAGED after taking out 1 month old braids. I'll take your through the journey of how it happened in part one. Lessons I've learned: 1. Do not use heat 2. Do not get your hair braided tightly 3. Moisturize often 4. Do flat twists instead of braids 5. Do not use a blow dryer with a comb attachment 6. If you do use heat, only use the tension method even if you are using the cool shot or cool setting 7. Don't copy any of the things I did here 😅 8. Learn how to care for your hair 9.
