The first one shows taking an image from Lightroom 4 to Photoshop CS6 HDR Pro and adjusting the image. In this video after going to Photoshop I save the image as a 32bit TIFF file and reimport it back into Lightroom 4 where I do my final adjustments. This is my preferred method when making a more photorealistic image as opposed to a more artistic one. I'm a 20 year pro photographer in the Birmingham, Alabama area.
