Harness the power of their sweeping action to clear piles of leaves to uncover prizes and secrets. Sir Kibble's cutter can be combined with this power to create a Bluster Cutter! Use this to uncover secrets in out of reach places directly above you. But that's not all this area has to offer. Mount a friendship podium to create a Friend Circle! Roll down the hill in this form to destroy rocks and enemies! Moving on to Reef Resort, you'll take a swim among fishy locals. Certain explosives have a fuse to be lit, but streams of water put out the fuse before reaching the barrels. Use the power of Parasol Waddle Dee to create giant umbrellas to keep the fuses dry as you light them and blast away rocks to reveal secret areas! You'll also confront Chef Kawasaki towards the end. Defeat him and befriend him to have a master chef on your team.
