This is a guide in order to obtain the 4th weapon for Lu Meng, in Dynasty Warriors 3. Weapon Name: White Tiger Base Attack: +45 Element: Lightning (C6) Other stats: Defence: +54 Bow Defence: +55 Mounted Defence: +55 Musou Charge: +25 Requirements: Stage: The Battle at Fan Castle (Original Mode) - Wu Forces Defeat Guan Ping. Weapon Box appears in the lower west area of the map. Other notes: A nice easy one here. The Shu forces may get high morale but there's not a lot of them, and you have a good amount of support from Sima Yi, and later on Lu Xun and Gan Ning. Guan Ping is a generic officer who's not tough to take down, and the weapon box is located in a place that's not at risk of being destroyed by the flood, which happens 5 minutes into the battle, so you can take your time if you like. The flood will destroy whichever forces are in the centre of the map, likely Pang De, but otherwise you should have little to no trouble with this one.
