This is a video about a dozen good PC arcade racing games. And some honorable mentions. These games are all 3D, some of them require a good PC, some of them can be played on a total potato with on-board graphics. Testing and recording was performed on an Intel 4970K using a 1070Ti graphics card. Some of the games were recorded on on Intel 7700K using an RX 580 graphics card. All games were totally playable on these systems, with vsync enabled at a constant 60fps at max settings. Obviously, Forza Horizon 3 (or 4) or NFS Heat will not play very well at ultra settings on a older system, for some games you will have to settle for medium-low settings.
