@"Bad Balance" During Lunges? EASY FIX!
If your balance is 💩 during lunges, the easy fix is to imagine you’re lunging on “railroad tracks”! We often default to trying to step “straight back” and when your stance gets narrow, the balance feels impossible! But when we can think about stepping “back and out” we create more of the railroad track-esque stance that allows us to feel more stable and balanced! 👍 Keep this in mind for your leg training!
