MiffTrains's video: NS 1801 DC to AC Conversion Leads NS 118 Thru Flowery Branch GA

@NS #1801 (DC to AC Conversion) Leads NS 118 Thru Flowery Branch, GA
This was taken on February the 16th. I have received a heads up from Facebook that NS 118 had the DC to AC SD70ACC on the point. So since I haven't really gotten a DC to AC ACC leading yet, I figured I would go to Flowery Branch to get it. Right as 118 clears Allen and the gates go down at Light Ferry Road crossing, a guy asked if a train is coming and if it had anything special. (You can hear me talk to him.) The NS 1801 is one of only 2 DC to AC ACCs and only 52 of these locomotives are in service. They were rebuilt from 51 SD70s (Out of 80 SD70s, the rest of the SD70s are at Progress Rail awaiting scrap). This 118 is also decent sized that day, with 112 cars. Enjoy.
