The locals call it, just Saigon. It's very cheap to travel in Vietnam by Uber. If you want to travel even cheaper, you can also request a motorbike. A motorbike will probably be half the money that I spend, but since I was traveling with my laugage, and since I have never travel on a motorbike, it was better for me a car.
