Kerala’s tallest Siva statue is constructed in this Azhimala (~56 feet). The statue is very detailed and very beautiful 3D structure constructed by Devadathan. As the name suggest Aazhi means sea, Mala means hill – this place is a meeting point of Sea and Cliff. There are rock and sand beaches at Azhimala and are too beautiful. Always be careful when entering the cliff, rocky areas as the rocks are slippery. There are parking lots available at temple for devotees.
