This was taken back in January 13, 2017 during my trip to the Philippines sadly there was not time to explore during night time due to next day going to another province which will be in another Vlog. I forgot to mention that All Souls Day are celebrated by many Countries and religious organizations. All Souls Day coincide with Haloween, both do have some similarities but Haloween is more well known due to its name and popularity.
