Here find the top 10 Tips which every Indian should consider to act smartly during this lockdown and curfew situation in India. This Lockdown is announced for 21 days in India. It is a pandemic situation not only in India but also in the entire world and we all need to quarantine and support this lockdown and curfew. This is all for the benefit of human health in India, to prevent the spread of coronavirus across the nation. We need to break this chain as this coronavirus is contagious in behaviour. Tips I share here are all from my experience, as I do belong to Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir. I have faced a lot of lockdowns and curfews in my life since I was a kid and I know how to handle and respond to such conditions and curfews. Tips I covered here in this video are as below1) Proper Food Stocking. Logic is to stock limited and required food. Excessive stocking may lead to a shortage of food - for needy people out there.2) Usage of Multivitamins, vitamin c, zinc, protein, etc in our food to boost the immune system.3) Food habit management (to protect food and other items getting out of stock). 4) Proper usage of fuel like Cooking Gas otherwise survival may become difficult. 5) Doing Exercise and practising yoga to boost the immune system and to keep fit during 21 days, which will help in fighting against viruses and infections.6) Try to find fun at home. 7) Do not try to Rush out of the home without any medical emergency. 8) Include Pulses and Soya bean in the diet for proper supply of Protein and Amino Acids, logic is to have a proper supply of essential and non-essential nutrition in your body. 9) Have Proper Medical Kit at home (To provide first aid). 10) Do notice public announcements - done via radio, Tv or Loud Speakers.
