A buddy of mine was running Northbound 478 from NHV to Greenfield, and then deadheading the train back to Springfield as 5555. 50th Anniversary P42 lead the charge northbound with one hell of a horn on its roof. The return trip was the same thing! As Jeremy Clarkson would say: “The noise this is making is biblical!” Ex-PRR Metroliner Control Cab 9646 leads 5555 south with a similarly loud and healthy K5LA on its roof. Enjoy the echos and the horn bounce-back off nearby houses and a warehouse. This was shot at North Hatfield Road Xing in North Hatfield, MA.
