Very easy, I am showing the Happy Planner sizes but you can customize to fit your Erin Condren planner, Recollections planner, or any other planner type that you have. I am using word document and google images. You can certainly use your own personal images from your camera. These can be printed on adhesive labels, card stock or paper for your planner.
