Como banda TROKER continua con la promoción de sus discos al rededor del mundo; pero como artistas, ellos están comprometidos con mucho más, lo cual incluye colaboraciones multidisciplinarias, residencias educativas y trabajo comunitario. Con esta amplia misión en mente, Troker fue invitado por la Cineteca Nacional para componer un nuevo score para la película más importante del cine mudo mexicano, El Automóvil Gris de 1919. As a band, TROKER continues to tour around the world, performing their compiled discography. But as artists, they are committed too much more, a commitment that includes the combining their artistry with multidisciplinary collaborations, educational residencies, and community outreach. With this broader mission in mind, TROKER was invited in 2011 by the National Film Institute of México to commission a new film score for one of the earliest examples of the silent film era in México.
