Real Estate vs Network Marketing! Which makes more sense and is AMAZON really trying to DISRUPT the REAL ESTATE MARKET? I get to sit with successful realtor and entrepreneur, Chip Macgill, to discuss the reality of what it takes to make 6 FIGURES or more in real estate and some of the digital threats to those not preparing for the coming changes in technology. I love real estate but don't love the exit plan as a realtor....if that makes sense. Sell a house, get paid....sell a house, get paid....don't sell a house, don't get paid... You don't allow yourself to build any leverage... Once you get off the treadmill, your income gets off with you... The real estate industry (like banking) is really ripe for disruption and change...If you really think about it, they've been using a pretty antiquated system of agents for a VERY long time. ALEXA SELL MY HOUSE??!!! You heard it...Amazon is coming for the real estate market! I don't have all the details on this but honestly...I don't really need em'! If theres one thing Amazon's history has taught us, it's that you don't want to compete with them...at all!
