In the dumbest move ever, the government will require all trucks to have automatic emergency braking as of 2025. This is for new trucks only, no retrofit required. In my professional opinion AEB is so unsafe it shouldn't even be allowed on trucks much less mandated. In this Sunday Rant I recommend all drivers disconnect or disable the AEB system until it is made safe. The government should take some advice from actual drivers. Mark@TruckingAnswersNation com
