The rate of duplicates increased in the last week of election (successively) and triplicates and quadruplicates increased day-by-day AFTER 4-Nov 2020, along with the LAYERS of "APPROVED" being out of order ... even ON the duplicates and triplicates ... in which no signature is present. One ... "hypothesis" is that no matter how competent and fast you are at Photoshop ... could you really not err in the order of the layers when speed is definitively more important than accuracy ? As, we HAD no review of the duplicates, triplicates, and whether the ones a Dr. Shiva found were the ones that matched what the election commission said (in quantity and group).
