A Personal Macro Workbook is an Excel file (Personal.XLSB) that is created and saved in the XLSTART folder. This file opens whenever you start Excel. So if you save any macro or custom function in this Personal Macro Workbook, it will make those macros available to all your Excel Workbooks.
