Christianity, Islam, and Judaism have symbols which represent their faith, for Christianity it’s the cross, for Islam the Crescent Moon is at the top of the Mosque and the Crescent Moon and Star are on their flags. What is the meaning of the Moon and the Star? Islam came the city of Mecca, in the Arabian Peninsula there was a collection of belief systems, including Nestorian Christianity, Judaism, Zoroastrian, and ancient Pagan idolatry.
