Tulsa Opera's video: Will Liverman sings Onegin s Aria from Eugene Onegin

@Will Liverman sings Onegin's Aria from Eugene Onegin
** Staying Alive: https://tulsaopera.com/stayingalive/ ** This week’s Staying Alive video features baritone Will Liverman singing Onegin’s Aria from Eugene Onegin by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. He is accompanied by Carol Wong. Will Liverman wowed Tulsa audiences in 2019 when he sang the role of The Pilot in Tulsa Opera’s production of The Little Prince. Earlier this year, he sang “Leaning on the Everlasting Arms” by Anthony J. Showalter in a special Juneteenth performance for Staying Alive. In this aria, Tatyana awaits Onegin after sending him a passionate love letter. Onegin arrives and plainly tells her his feelings – that he is unsuited to marriage and would be bored by it. Dismissing her love as a passing fancy, he tells her that he can only offer her brotherly affection, and cautions her to be less emotionally open with people.
