Tuner Test Drive's video: Quiet a NOISY Clutch in a Turbo MKIV Toyota Supra - RPS Carbon Twin Disc

@Quiet a NOISY Clutch in a Turbo MKIV Toyota Supra - RPS Carbon Twin Disc
How do you Quiet a NOISY Clutch in a Turbo MKIV Toyota Supra running a RPS Carbon Twin Disc? Really it's not your clutch that is creating the chatter in your Supra, but your transmission. The OEM dual mass fly does a great job of dampening the vibration the 2JZ-GTE engine creates. All the aftermarket clutches for the Toyota Supra are single mass and remove the flywheels ability to absorb engine vibration and therefore the Supras beastly Getrag V160 chatters away. This can really be heard on my RPS carbon carbon twin disc clutch equipped mkiv Supra. To quiet down the Supras V160 you will need to raise the idle. Simple thing to do if your car is running a standalone ems, alittle more involved on the OEM ecu. In this video I will show you how to raise the idle on a stock ecu mkiv Toyota Supra and also how to recalibrate the throttle position sensor (TPS). Tuner Test Drive
