I DO NOT OWN THIS FOOTAGE NOR SONG - THIS IS A PARODY. The infamous large staircase dance scene from Joker (2019), laid over with Dazz Band's "Let It Whip". As like many songs, it wasn't hard to see how any musical number could sync with this scene. Thought this would've been a perfect song to have in the film, but not until I realized the song was released in 1982, after the film's setting taken place in the mid-'70s. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed the idea and brought it to life myself.
