The Two Brothers Organic Farms is expanding rapidly and we are onboarding new talent every now and then. This makes it crucial to understand the core traits of individual members and strike a balance between the brand’s vision and the team’s expectations.⭐ We took this opportunity to introduce our team members to farm life where all the extensive action and collaboration takes place every day. This was a fun trip to connect outside of the usual boardroom meetings and jam-packed cubicles. The team alongside the founders, Satyajit and Ajinkya, explored the farms to understand the intricate processes that go behind creating a delicate and sustainable ecosystem of food, soil, and farming.🌿🌰 They went on a live tour of the production units, interacted with the farmers,🧑‍🌾 and learned the traditional aspects of growing organic crops. It was a much-needed visit to experience the real on-ground work and feel the pulse of the farming community. Most often, it becomes challenging to connect people to the core objective, and these farm visits are an excellent way to give the team abundant scope to spend time, connect, and engage with the farmers of the brand.
