U Droid Mania's video: Am I Addicted to my Cellphone Daily Dose

Have you sat down and thought about how much you use your phone? Could you be addicted? Am I addicted? "Houston" I think I have a problem. What's up everyone? I'm considering a new series on the channel called Daily Dose. If you guys are interested and this video is received well, everyday, I'll upload a piece short piece of tech related content that we can chat about. No fancy edits for the most part. Just conversation between me and you all. Over the course of one day, my phone is never too far away. For the most part I carry it with me everywhere I go. It's always in my hand or close by. I'm constantly checking my phone, even when I know that I have not received any notifications and such. It's gotten to the point where it's reflexive for me. Would you say that could be addictive behavior? STOP! Ask yourself a serious question. How much time do you spend on your phone, and what are you doing? You're watching Youtube right now, and you're probably on your cell phone. I know I'm not alone. :-) In all seriousness, If you suffer from an addiction, please seek the appropriate help.
