जमशेदपुर का दुर्गा पूजा काफी चर्चित रहता है। यहां कोलकाता के बाद भव्य पंडालों का निर्माण कराया जाता है। शहर के भव्य व आकर्षक पूजनोत्सव को देखने के लिए दूसरे प्रदेशों से भी लोगों की भीड़ उमड़ती है। शहर में दो दर्जन से अधिक ऐसे पंडाल का निर्माण कराया जाता है, जिसकी भव्यता देखते ही बनती है। अलग-अलग थीम पर बने पंडालों को देखने के लिए लोगों का हुजूम उमड़ता है। पूजा समिति इन पंडालों की सजावट के माध्यम से लोगों को अपना संदेश देती हैं।
