Student Ambassador Jaylen Brown speaks with human rights activist Dr. Richard Lapchick about protests, social justice and what's ahead in the battle against racism. With more than five decades of experience fighting for human rights and equality in sports, Lapchick has been dubbed "the racial conscience of sport." As Director of the DeVos Sport Business Management Program at UCF, Dr. Lapchick has devoted his life to addressing racial inequality both in sports and society. Dr. Lapchick is also President of the Institute for Sport & Social Justice (ISSJ) and The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport (TIDES).
