UCT TV's video: Safe Up UCT

Safe-Up UCT is safety app that has been developed for the University of Cape Town (UCT) and launch in April 2017 through the Safety and Violence Initiative (SaVI). The smartphone app seeks to empower UCT students and staff to play a more active role in making UCT safer.
