Alas, he blew under the legal limit. He could have legally driven away or would have been arrested for DWI, yet to save FACE CHENEY STILL MAKES THE GUY RIDE PASSENGER. Shows the mentality. I am wrong but going to still act like you are in the wrong and make your passenger drive all the while knowing I HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DO SO AS YOU PASSED THE DUI.
