CHP officer attempts to intimidate MRMIKE without cause for filming him. He makes up excuses,"he needs to get personal information" so I needed to go away further. I was not interfering in any way and he did not even notice me for several minutes before his unlawful request which I refused. Public place, you need the press to leave...go to the station. When he moves the car(cool he didn't steal it for the State) he threatens my wife who is across the street filming with a ticket for hundreds of dollars for sitting next to the handicapped parking lot with nobody around. mind you, not in the space and not parked, but with motor running in the parking lot in front of it not in it. She just filmed it and knew he was full of crap as well. Cop Watchers Lake Tahoe.
