This guy passes the DUI check better than the Officer. The CHP STILL GIVES him a breathalyzer. Which HE PASSES! This is just more proof they are out to revenue generate and it has nothing to do with public safety. These guys are just looking to stop you for any reason and ask if you had a drink. Even if you are sober. One drink and they get you. $10,000 in fines and fees when it is all said and done. No wonder they are all going to Indian Gaming and avoiding our City. Lot easier beating up the press and picking on the innocent than fighting crime.
