We interview Dr. Omar Abdirahman Ali, the director and a founding member of the Somali Blood Donation Volunteers. He talks about what motivated them to come up with this noble initiative as well as the impact they have had so far. We also interview Said Mohamed Ibrahim, the chairperson of City Flowers, a Mogadishu-based youth volunteer group which works to clean and beautify the capital. He talks about how this idea came about and why it is important to have a clean and livable city.
