Chan Sharice 's video: Beginning of the Day Routine - Rise Upfulness in Silence

Vibe with me, Tribe, from a LIVE I did yesterday on how I begin each day. We listened to the vibrations of shaman ceremonial chanting as I juice one of my favorite alkaline juice blends to consume first thing in the AM, ginger and apples! ⚡️ I even add a lil bit of key lime to add that flare and extra punch to rid of inflammation and mucus. What y’all know about that? 😏 _ Another thing I BE in the doing of is deep breathing WITH intention. How to do this if unsure the correct way in breathing? 👉🏽 Put your thumb in your belly button and allow it to hang down. When breathing in, your hand should be going up and down while your upper chest is still. (we do this together in the LIVE here) _ The reason this is pivotal to an EPIC life experience is that first thing in the day we get to allot space to recalibrate our systems and get oxygen flowing to our brain and organs. Since, over the yrs we’ve become conditioned to breathe constructed, breathing into the chest, by different traumas, conditioning, and memory the body holds, it shows up in how we rest at night. When rising up for the day, we get to recondition the way this system we call a body works. _ Wondering why silence? 👉🏽 Silence for two hours once I rise up allows for wisdom to be received, outside sources are blocked from entering my field, and where I’m better able to witness and become aware of what is I and what is not I. That way I can rid of and dissolve all the noise and create the day in the most powerful creative expression of Source!⚡️😆 _ Let me know what your take is on this and how you begin each day! ☺️⬇️
