We discuss how his passion for research developed over time and his current post-doctoral fellowship project around the lack of access to emergency contraception in the post- Roe/Dobbs era and the implications for maternal morbidity and mortality. We hear about his mentor Dr Frank Williams who continues to inspire him since working together Ochsner Baptist during his optional elective at the end of the third year of medical school.
