@Breaking: Japanese F-35 Fighter Jet that Was Lost Finally Found
TOKYO - Japanese military rescue teams have found wings and broken machines from fifth-generation F-35A multirole warplanes. The aircraft, which was operated by the Japanese Air Force, crashed in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Aomori Prefecture in the north of Honshu Island on April 9. News of the discovery was announced Tuesday at a press conference in Tokyo by Japanese Defense Minister Takeshi Iwaya. "The fragments found were raised to the surface, they have suffered serious damage," Kyodo news agency quoted Iwaya as saying. "We will continue the search; there are still fragments of aircraft scattered on the seabed, "he added, as quoted from Sputnik, Wednesday (05/29/2019).
