@South Korea Begins Test of Flying F-35A Demon Combat Jet in its Region
The South Korean air force has begun the test flight of the F-35A stealth fighter jet purchased from Lokcheed Martin United States (US). The flight test took place at an air base in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, since mid-April. The sophisticated warplanes have traveled from Luke's Air Base in Arizona, USA, on March 22, 2019, with a distance of more than 8,500 miles. The F-35A can reach a maximum combat speed of Mach 1.8 and can carry the Joint Direct Attack Munition, a guided air-to-surface weapon. The stealth or stealth function of the F-35A allows the aircraft to fly without being detected by radar and allows it to track and destroy enemy missiles better.
