This episode is dedicated to the first Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Delbert D. Black. The Dept. of the Navy conducted a memorial ceremony to honor Black, at Arlington National Cemetery, and to commemorate the establishment of the rank. Welcome viewers.
