UVM Continuing Ed's video: UVM Farmer Training Program Info Session

@UVM Farmer Training Program Info Session
The University of Vermont’s Farmer Training Program is for aspiring farmers and food-systems advocates. Students gain an unique and comprehensive education by running all aspects of the 10-acre Catamount Educational Farm, learning from expert farmers and educators in the classroom, and alongside successful, inspiring farmers in the Burlington area. In this informational webinar prospective students learned more about the Farmer Training Program from program director Rachel Stievater and former student Heather Kraemer. They reviewed what a typical week in the life on the farm looks like and discussed what students did after completing the program. Panelists included: Rachel Stievater, Farmer Training Program Director and Instructor Heather Kraemer, Farmer Training 2018 Alumni Learn more about UVM Farmer Training Program here: https://learn.uvm.edu/program/farmer-training/ Read more about Heather's story here: https://learn.uvm.edu/blog/blog-sustainability/heather-kraemer-farm-based-brewery
