Humanitarian Protection 1 Project has supported over 900 women and 3500 girls within Bidi bidi refugee Settlement with MHM Kits. This is with funding from the Austrian and Belgian Red Cross Flanders. In July 2022, UNHCR stopped distribution of MHM Kits and general soap distribution to refugees in Uganda due to funding shortfalls. This highly impacted their self esteem and also put many at high risk of dropping out of school.
