I’ve honestly never felt happier. Being away from other people, and their expectations of me, has really allowed me the space to figure out for myself what it is that brings me joy moment to moment. Not having anywhere to be, I have been fully able to structure my weeks intuitively. I do what I please in every moment, and as a result, I FEEL GOOD in every moment! And yes, of course I still feel difficult emotions. However, the way I process them is different now. I am able to see them exactly as they are - temporary - and therefore, even amidst an emotional storm, I feel a sense of peace at my core. During this quarantine period, I’ve also really begun to dive deeper into my spiritual practices and have found communities of like-minded individuals to guide me through. GAME-CHANGING! Expect some more spiritual content on this channel as time goes on. :) –WHAT IS INTUITIVE LIVING?– To me, intuitive living means to live in a way in which I prioritize my own innate inner wisdom over everything else. That means, tuning into my intuition to guide me through any decisions that I have to make - whether they are as small as what I am going to eat, or as big as how I am going to spend my time over the next few months. I have been consciously implementing this practice into my life and it has truly left me feeling more at ease with my existence and it’s natural flow.
