I’ve been feeling quite uninspired recently and when I felt into it, a lot of that ickiness seemed to be hovering around what I’ve been adorning my body with. With the change in season, I had to return to my ‘cold weather’ wardrobe and it really hasn’t been making me feel so good. Items hold ENERGY. The objects in our life become infused with meaning and positive or negative associations depending on what we’ve experienced (with them). Many of the clothes that I own are from a time in my life where I felt super RESTRICTED, STUCK and HOPELESS. Wearing those clothes now, in an era where I am feeling EXPANSIVE, JOYFUL and EXCITED invites in feelings of conflict and disharmony.
