Having been in a self-isolation period for more than a month now, I have been learning a lot. Mainly, I am learning how to rest and that it is okay and completely necessary to do so. I am learning that we do not have to constantly be on the move to achieve success. Success is inner peace, and peace is bred in stillness. Through prioritizing rest, I have actually become the most ‘productive’ that I have ever been - spending my time developing new skills that have been calling me towards them for years now! This video also shares a story about my limiting beliefs surrounding creativity that I have carried with me throughout my entire life that are only now being shed.
