Here are 4 crucial steps when getting into real estate investing! Now, this is not a "How to buy your first rental property?" or "Steps to buying your first property" but this video is more of a guide for those who just want to dip their toes in the water. those who want to get started but not even sure where to start. In the video I talk about how important it is to have funding, whether that be all of your own more, using other peoples money, or having a joint venture, capital is so important so you have to have that figured out. Next credit, now credit won't make or break you, however, having a better credit score will serve you better when looking for better interest rates. I also talk about the very important aspect of networking. your network = your networth. That is no exaggeration, know the right people will save you time, money, and stress, so find your people, build your network. Last I spoke on the importance of research and not necessarily property/area research, but researching the business, it's so important for a noob to spend hours watching/reading/listening to all things real estate. it doesn't matter if you're in Canada or the US and you don't just have to watch the YouTubers from your country. Most of the information and fundamentals are universal across the boards, but watching and learning will set you ahead for the challenges you will face as an investor.
