BETRAYED BY THE UNITED STATES, THOUSANDS OF IRAQI CHRISTIANS HAVE BEEN SLAUGHTERED BY ISLAMIC FANATICS AFTER SADDAM HUSSEIN'S OVERTHROW. IT IS SLAUGHTER OF HOLOCAUST PROPORTIONS! Former U.S. President George W. Bush's arbitrary and unjust decision to invade and occupy Iraq against the pleas of His Holiness Pope John II and the Iraqi Catholic bishops resulted in exactly what Iraqi bishops and Christians feared: the annihilation of Christianity in Iraq. Having been completely abandoned by U.S. Christians duped into supporting Bush's immoral war of aggression against Iraq, the brave Christians of that war-torned land must now decide whether to stay and face martyrdom or flee the land their ancestors helped to build. Under Saddam Hussein, Iraqi Christians enjoyed protection. After Hussein's overthrow by Bush, Christians were left extremely vulnerable and without any protection from Islamic fanatics. The violence and hostilities have forced an exodus of Christians to Lebanon and Syria. One thing is undeniable: George W. Bush signed the death sentence of Christianity in Iraq and, in the long run, the Middle East. Along the way, he bankrupted America and betrayed those who elected him mistakenly thinking he was a Conservative. Bush will one day face the judgment of God and the tribunal of History for his betrayals and bloody crimes against Christianity and humanity. It is outrageous that U.S. media refuse to report these atrocities.
