Unique Restorations's video: Beautifully Restored Oil Lamp Old Tool Restoration

I bought this little Heater from an Antiques Shop In Mablethorpe Lincolnshire. This shop was over flowing with items from the last 100 years, ranging from porcelain ornaments to old fashioned kettles. A very interesting shop which gave a lot of information on how we used to live. The Lamp cost me £12 and fish and chip dinner for the Mrs. Bargain. I knew this lamp had a lot of rotten mesh in it and I did look it over a few times in the shop before I bought it. I wasn’t sure what I would need to do to access these internal parts. When working on items like this with numerous soldered parts close together it is very difficult to work on one part without unsoldering another part.Thank fully I have a few years soldering experience which helped a lot on this project.
