Unique Restorations's video: Pre 1960s Wesco Oil Can Perfect Restoration

@Pre 1960s Wesco Oil Can, Perfect Restoration
I came across this little Oil Can sitting on a shelf at my local Reclamation Yard. It looked like it hadnt been used in a long time although apart from its grimey condition it is in good shape. During the strip down and degreasing stage a few little imperfections and holes started to show, I carried out the repairs on the holes using solder as a filler since the can itself is built this way I thought I was a more traditional way to repair it. The small dents I managed to tap out with a Hammer to a point where only a small amount of filler was needed. I tried to achieve a higher standard with the painting this time so I carried out Wet Sanding on the base coat before applying the laquer. I am happy with the results although I know there is still room for improvement, If you enjoyed the video or you feel you have some advice please feel free to leave a comment below and Ill do my best to reply.
