Mayor Steve Allender of Rapid City, SD (Racist City) should step down or be removed from office. He is the former Rapid City Police Chief. He has a documented history of Racism, discrimination, police harassment, intimidation, profiling, and assault of Native Americans in our community, especially against the homeless. His career is peppered with the complaints mentioned above. Documented through letters, media, and many videos. Since he became Mayor, he uses the Police Department to enforce his racism and agenda towards The Native and Homeless Community.
